Return Policy

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How do you start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info @cottonisland .nl . Returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Please note that The costs for returning are at your own expense , we do not reimburse these.

Damages and Problems


Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately via info @cottonisland .nl if an item is defective, damaged or delivered incorrectly. We will ensure that the problem is resolved.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

Please note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

To exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible for a return) and place a new order for the item you want.

Right of withdrawal within the European Union (14 days)

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info @cottonisland .nl .
