Return

We have a 14-day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cottonisland.nl. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will notify you and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

We do not cover return shipping costs. You are responsible for the return shipping and costs.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 days cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
