Please note that it takes 24 hours for your order to be processed. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on its way
PICK-UP AT THE STORE
Jansstraat 8A, 6811 GJ Arnhem
Orders can be picked up daily from 12:00 to 5:00 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the “Proceed to Shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 kilometers of our store. If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 3 p.m. during store hours (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered within 3 business days.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING PRICES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping costs: The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer € 6,95 flat rate shipping to the Netherlands. Orders over €95 will be delivered free of charge.
When you order before 3 p.m., we ship products within 24 hours. For shipping services we use POSTNL, DHL and others.
🌐 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES AND SHIPPING
For calculated shipping costs: The shipping cost for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a flat rate of $22 for shipping to the United States, Mexico and Canada.
RETURNS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus return shipping costs. Should your order arrive damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@cottonisland.nl with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item.
